The island naxos is the largest island of the Cyclades Greece, in the Aegean Sea. There are 44 "living" villages on the island along with endless sights and views.
It is located next to Paros at coordinates 37°6' N 25°22' E. It is the nuptial isle of the god Dionysus and has the highest mountain of the group, Mount Zas.

Mili is a small village 10 km from Chora (town) on the island Naxos. The village is situated on the hillside facing the Melanes (black earth) valley with Melanes village on the opposite hillside.

Naxos is famous for its long beaches, in fact they have been ranked no 3 among all beaches in Greece. 40 kilometers of superb sandy coastline. Beaches safe for kids, for wind surfing, busy as well as remote ones.
The most beautiful coasts of the island are on the west side with sandy beaches. Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, Plaka, Mikri Vigla, Kastraki, Alyko and Pyrgiaki are beaches in the south west protected from the northern wind known as the "meltemi". Beaches are situated from 10 km from the house easily reached by car or bike.
