The house is apr. 50 square meters and is a old traditional greek house with broad stone walls, plastered and white washed.

There is an outer sun shaded atrium with a big marble table and a roof terrace overlooking the green Melanes valley.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed and separate entrance, one livingroom with a sofabed for two persons.

There are also two extra fold-up beds. Separate kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical stove, owen and refrigerator. There is no washing machine, telephone, internet or television.

10 kilometers to town Chora and beaches. Paved roads in good condition.
